Kõue Parish
Kõue Parish (Estonian: Kõue vald) is a rural municipality in northern Estonia. It is a part of Harju County. The municipality has a population of 1,685 (as of 1 January 2009) and covers an area of 295.5 km².[1] The population density is 5.7022/km2 (14.769/sq mi). The current mayor (vallavanem) is Ott Valdma.[2]
Administrative centre of the municipality is Ardu village, located 57 km from Tallinn on the Tallinn–Tartu highway. There is a total of 38 villages in Kõue Parish: Aela, Äksi, Alansi, Ardu, Habaja, Harmi, Kadja, Kantküla, Katsina, Kirivalla, Kiruvere, Kõrvenurga, Kõue, Kukepala, Laane, Leistu, Lööra, Lutsu, Marguse, Nõmmeri, Nutu, Ojasoo, Pala, Paunaste, Paunküla, Puusepa, Rava, Riidamäe, Rõõsa, Saarnakõrve, Sääsküla, Sae, Silmsi, Triigi, Uueveski, Vahetüki, Vanamõisa, Virla.
